LEANNE FRECHETTE
After a short but courageous battle with cancer, Leanne passed away surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel at 162 PTH 52 W, Steinbach, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leanne’s memory to CancerCare Manitoba or the Winnipeg Humane Society.

It was with profound sadness and sorrow when I learned of the passing of Leanne. I worked with her father, Axel, for 20 odd years at the Royal Canadian Mint, and consider him a true friend. I would like to send my sincere condolences to your entire family, and all who knew Leanne. May her memories be a true blessing to each and everyone of you. Peace to Leanne.
